I like today’s discount. How can I get it?

It’s easy! Just click on the “BUY” button before the offer runs out at midnight. As soon as a required number of customers buy the item, we will deduct the price from your card, and the link to a voucher will be emailed to you for you to print out. Please take note that if the offer does not reach the minimum number of customers, nobody gets the discount (there will be no deduction from your card). So all you have to do is to invite as many people you know, including your friends, to increase your chances to get the discount you want!

What happens when the offer is not bought by the number of customers required?

In that case the offer is unfortunately cancelled and no money is deducted from your credit card. We hope you will be lucky next time! If you really want the offer, you can increase your chances of getting the discount by telling all your friends and people around you.

Do I have to use the voucher on the same day that I bought it?

No. Each voucher has a unique expiry date. You never have to use it on the same day as you buy it. Exact expiry dates are always decided by the company selling the product. The expiry date can be found in the terms and conditions right below the Daily Discount.

I got a Dupon voucher. What do I do now?

As soon as we deduct the money from your account, a link to the voucher will be emailed to you. Print it out and you will find the other instructions there, including the map.

Can I buy the voucher as a gift?

Sure. If you would like to give the voucher to someone else, you can click on ‘buy as a gift’ button on the homepage. We will either send you the voucher by email or we can email it directly to the person that it belongs to and you can include a message there too.

Will I be deducted the money right after I order the voucher?

No. Money will be deducted from your credit card only when the discount has been activated, which is only when a sufficient number of customers order the same discount. If you order the voucher after the minimum number has been met, your card will be charged immediately.

Is Dupon safe?

Extremely Safe. We use exactly the same safety measures as secure online banking sites, as evidenced by our SSL certificate.

What if the company selling the product goes bankrupt?

All our business partners are selected very carefully, that is why we hope that such a situation will never happen. However, should this be the case, we guarantee that you will get your money back.

Is it possible to buy the voucher without getting registered?

Yes it is. You just enter your name and email to buy the voucher. But it is still highly recommended that you register so you will have a record on Dupon.

If my name is on the voucher can I still give it away?

Yes you can. The voucher is recognised by generated pin stated on the voucher, not by name.
